Transportation

At Aquanauts, we believe that service is everything. To give you the best possible experience, we contract with safe, reputable, English speaking transportation professionals. Our drivers are fully insured and offer excellent rates, often less than the local taxis.

The rates listed below are in US dollars and can be added to your bill with us but cash is preferred. The rates are for the round trip transportation for groups of 1 to 4 persons. Groups of 5 to 8 persons are twice the listed rate. The rate is per group and not per person. Transportation services for other locations available upon request.

Confirmation of transportation service is only finalized once you check in and you contact us with your room number. The van driver cannot enter resort property without the correct name/room number combination. Just call or email once you check in and we will give you your pick up time.

Cancellation of transportation services with less than 18 hours notice, MUST be made by phone call. Emails or text messages are too unreliable. Transportation services that are cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be billed in full.

Puerto Morelos - The following resorts are within walking distance of our location. Keep in mind, Google maps only gives you the option to walk on roads, but you can take shortcuts through the resorts and along the beach.
