The PADI Open Water Diver program gives you the knowledge and skills to dive safely in a variety of underwater conditions. As a certified PADI Open Water Diver your credentials are recognized all over the world as a qualified diver. As a certified diver you can obtain air fills, purchase scuba equipment and book guided dive tours. You can even dive to sites, known to you, with another Open Water Diver as your buddy. You must be at least 10 years old to enroll in this course. You will learn the skills to dive safely and you will plan, conduct and log open water no stop (no decompression) dives when properly equipped and when accompanied by a buddy in conditions with which they have training and/or experience.
You can continue your dive training with a specialty dive in the PADI Adventure Diver Course or in one of our other PADI Specialty Courses.

Ideally, students will complete the PADI E-Learning online theory and exam before the practical learning in the dive shop. This is the most efficient option and maximizes the flexibility of limited vacation days. The practical portion of the course will take two full days and one half day.
